Terms of service
Last updated June 2026
By creating an account or using Task Flow ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from Profile. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
One person should not share a single account. Each team member should have their own login.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to store / share unlawful content.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the service or other users.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Resell access to the service without our written agreement.
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, or other abusive communications.
3. Workspace content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your workspace (projects, cards, attachments, comments). You grant us the limited, non-exclusive licence required to host, back up, and display that content to authorised members of your workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including attachments, that you place inside the service.
4. Roles and approval
New company registrations require approval by a platform Master before sign-in is enabled. We may decline a registration that appears to violate these terms, with or without notice.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, network issues, and unforeseen events may cause downtime. We will give reasonable notice for planned maintenance where practical.
6. Pricing and payment
If your deployment of the service requires a paid subscription, the applicable prices and billing cycle will be communicated separately and take precedence over the general terms here. Self-hosted deployments may have their own pricing arrangements.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms — for example, by violating section 2 (Acceptable use). On termination we will delete your workspace content within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file for your account. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India. Self-hosted deployments may operate under different governing law as agreed with the operator.
